THIS IS THE JAKE/SHERRY/LEON/HELENA STORY, NOT THE HELENA/STALKER ONE!!!
Helena felt her legs cave in as she was running. She tried not to think about it, but then she tripped over a loose floorboard and fell down some stairs which led into a lower basement. She got up and limped over into the shadows as there was nowhere else to go.
"Sweetheart? I know your down here. I can smell your perfume and I see your blood." Leon calmly walked down the stairs. Helena tried to move quietly but she stepped on a nail.
"Ah! Shit." She said in pain. She lifted her foot up to see the nail was clean in her foot. She looked up to see Leon standing in front of her.
"You have got to be more careful, Sweetheart." He said, pulling the nail out of her foot.
Her mouth remained open. His sky blue eyes looked into her hazel ones.
"Thanks and... Sorry." Helena struggled to get the words out of her mouth.
"For running away from me?" Leon asked.
"No." She replied and lifted her knee in a fast motion. Her jean covered knee connected with his crotch. He staggered and Helena ran past him shouting, "For that!" She ran up the stairs and continued trying to find a way out.
